Hand-picked from various regions to select only the best berries and carefully stored in wooden boxes to ensure berries are kept undamaged and are additionally sorted on a special line in the factory.
Before processing, the temperature of the highest quality grapes is dropped to 25°C. The carefully hand selected grape berries are gently crushed using the pneumatic presses equipped with a central membrane.
This dry red of premium class are aged in the French oak barrels, which are called "Tonnellerie de Jarnac“.
It has dark ruby colors, flavors and bouquets of ripe blackberry, black plum and vanilla. A nice balance of lively acidity, delicate and velvety texture.
